What exactly is a MatCap??!

MatCap (Material Capture, also known as LitSphere) are complete materials, including lighting and reflections, so you can add it to an object and not have any need for, well, lighting and reflections. MatCaps allows you to create a surface material and lighting environment simply by painting an object so that it looks like how you want your surface to appear. 

All textures are in JPG Format and 512x512 in size.
This opens up all sorts of interesting possibilities to create amazing textures for Spark AR, Lens Studio, etc!

How to use it?

Create a flat material> Change "diffuse" color to black>  Active "environment" option and pick the texture! - Don't forget to select "no compression".
